Faridabad preparing to outshine NCR

Faridabad is a huge industrial area and most populated city and 60% of the state of Haryana’s revenue is generated in Faridabad. Faridabad is a leading industrial city and the massive economic engine of Haryana. It is known as the industrial heart of Haryana.

Faridabad is a growing city of Haryana & well connected to NCR. Faridabad moves on to be the next happening city in NCR. This city is a major industrial hub in NCR. Very close proximity to New Delhi's International airport & Railway station.

Faridabad has good potential with several infrastructures

The flyover project till Badarpur border Metro improved connectivity in the future with eastern parts of NCR once the Taj Expressway is complete.
The flyover from Kalindi Kunj once becomes a reality, will develop the potential of Faridabad.

Also, there will be a cargo airport. Delhi-Mumbai freight corridor will pass from Faridabad.

The HSIDC has also planned an IMT Balabhgarh on the lines of IMT Manesar. So we see a lot of growth here in this region. Faridabad, the industrial city of NCR, is now emerging as the preferred destination cities for investors as the prospects of a boom is in the air, with the encouraging growth and opportunities that was witnessed in the Gurgaon and Noida.

Social: Law and order situation is better.

Education and Infrastructure: There are medical colleges, two dental colleges, and 10 engineering colleges. Some educational institutions are offering professional courses of international standards. They have tied up with the Cambridge University. And third is the connectivity with other parts of the NCR.

Appreciation in Faridabad has been no different from other NCR areas. Last year, it ranged from 40 per cent to about 110 per cent. It is the residential sector which is attracting investors as well as the actual users currently working in and around Delhi and looking for a house because of the high prices in Delhi.
