Ghaziabad administration is planning to increase circle rates

Ghaziabad property is likely to turn costlier with the district authorities planning to increase the circle rates.

District authorities decided to hike the circle rates to cover the gap between circle price and market value, the registrars and tehsildars prepared a revised list which proposes a 10 per cent to 40 per cent increase in circle rates.

The list of proposed circle rates is available in the office of all the registrars.
